Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of zento.pe and your relationship with Zento as a visitor or prospective client. By using this site, you accept what's described here. If at any point you disagree, please don't use the site and contact us directly to resolve your concerns.
1. About Zento
Zento is the commercial brand of ZENTO S.A.C. (RUC 20614713632), a Peru-based managed WordPress security service: monitoring, backups, hardening and incident response. zento.pe is an informational site - it presents our services, plans and way of working; it isn't an online store and doesn't process payments or automatic contracting.
2. Informational nature of the site and quotes
The content on this site - including service scopes, checklists and estimated timelines - is informational and may vary based on the actual diagnosis of your site. No quote, proposal or information published here constitutes a binding offer or a contract: the service is always formalized in writing, with scope, timelines and conditions specific to your case, following our work process (Assessment → Proposal → Execution → Report).
3. Permitted use of the site
You may browse and use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not: use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security or that of the infrastructure hosting it, extract its content through automated means (scraping) without authorization, or use the Contact form to send spam, offensive content or attempted fraud. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who breaches these conditions.
4. Intellectual property
The name "Zento", the isotype, the lockup and the content of this site (text, structure, design) are the property of ZENTO S.A.C. (RUC 20614713632) or are used with the corresponding authorization. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use these elements without our written permission.
5. Third-party links
This site links to third-party services - such as WhatsApp, securityheaders.com or the sources cited in our statistics - for your convenience or as part of the evidence we present. We don't control or answer for the content, availability or policies of those sites; we recommend reviewing their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Accuracy of information and limitation of liability
We make an effort to keep this site's content accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors at all times. The published information doesn't replace a specific diagnosis of your site. To the extent permitted by Peruvian law, Zento won't be liable for damages arising from the use of this site that don't originate in a service actually contracted and provided by us; in that case, the specific terms agreed in writing for that service apply.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data you provide through this site - for example, by using the Contact form - is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page; continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application is submitted to the judges and courts of Lima, Peru, unless the law imperatively provides for a different venue.
