Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
At Zento we handle your personal data with the same seriousness we bring to your site's security. This policy explains what data we collect on zento.pe, what we use it for, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights - in compliance with Law No. 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations (Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS).
1. Data controller
ZENTO S.A.C. (RUC 20614713632), domiciled in Lima, Peru, operating under the "Zento" brand (hereinafter "Zento" or "we"), is the controller responsible for the personal data you provide through this site. You can reach us at any time by writing to contacto@zento.pe.
2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us directly, through the Contact form: name, email address, your website URL (optional), the service you're interested in and the content of your message. We don't ask for a phone number or any other sensitive data - anyone who prefers to talk by phone uses the WhatsApp button, outside this site.
This data set makes up the "Zento web contacts and inquiries" personal data bank. In compliance with Article 27 of Law No. 29733, we will assess whether to register it with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection of Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD) as the volume of processing requires.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to:
- respond to your inquiry or quote request;
- contact you to coordinate or provide the service you request; and
- keep an internal record of inquiries received.
We don't use your data for purposes other than those described here, nor to send you unsolicited advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your prior, informed, express and unambiguous consent, given by checking the consent box before submitting the Contact form. That consent isn't pre-checked - you activate it yourself, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
5. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as your inquiry, or any service relationship arising from it, is being handled, and afterward for the period required by our legal or accounting obligations. After that period - or if you request cancellation of your data sooner - we delete or securely anonymize it.
6. Data processors and transfers
To operate this site and respond to your messages, we share your data with two providers acting as data processors - meaning they process your data only under our instructions, not as independent controllers or for their own purposes:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosts the site, runs the function that processes the Contact form and filters spam via Turnstile, on its globally distributed network of data centers.
- Resend (United States): delivers the email with your inquiry to our inbox; it doesn't use it for any other purpose.
We don't sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. As these providers are domiciled outside Peru, your consent also covers this international transfer, strictly limited to providing the service described here.
7. Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate. This service doesn't use cookies or browser fingerprinting, and doesn't collect personal data - which is why this site doesn't need a cookie notice.
8. Data security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS and applies strict security headers (you can verify this on securityheaders.com). The Contact form uses Turnstile to filter bots and a per-IP submission limit to slow abuse. No system is infallible, but we treat your data with the same practices we recommend to our clients.
9. Your rights (ARCO)
As the holder of your personal data, you have the right to access it, rectify it if it's outdated or incorrect, cancel it and oppose its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to contacto@zento.pe, indicating which right you want to exercise and attaching a means to identify you. We will respond within the timeframes established by Law No. 29733 and its Regulations.
10. Complaints to the authority
If you believe we haven't properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD), the body under Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights responsible for enforcing Law No. 29733.
11. Minors
This site and its services are aimed at adults who represent or manage a business. We don't intentionally collect data from minors.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page; we'll communicate relevant changes through the appropriate channels.
13. Contact
For any question about this policy or about the processing of your data, write to us at contacto@zento.pe or visit our contact page.
